    If you have already completed an AAS degree, the Technology Administration bachelor’s degree program is intended for students who have a certificate or an Associate degree in a technical area. Read more about the Technology Administration degree on the WU website.

    CAN I TAKE CLASSES AT WASHBURN UNIVERSITY WHILE I’M A STUDENT AT WASHBURN TECH, OR VICE VERSA?

    Yes. You may start taking general education courses at Washburn University prior to graduation at Washburn Tech. 

    CAN CREDITS FROM WASHBURN TECH BE APPLIED TOWARD A DEGREE AT WASHBURN UNIVERSITY?

    Yes. Note, however, that students who wish to take courses at both campuses may take no more than 20 credit hours each semester. Please speak to your Washburn Tech advisor for more information.

    Our students have access to the best of both worlds! While attending class on our campus, Washburn Tech students may live in a residence hall on the Washburn University campus. It's just a short ten minute drive away and allows students to experience a traditional college life while pursuing a technical career.
