    The cost of training for a career varies by program at Washburn Tech. Estimated costs might include tuition, books, supplies, tools and uniforms. Post-secondary students also are required to pay an enrollment deposit.

    If you are a high school student who meets the eligibility requirements, the state pays your tuition. Your cost might only include books, supplies, tools and a uniform fee.

    Ichabod Shop

    You can now stay on-campus to buy textbooks and various school supplies. During the school year, Ichabod Shop at Washburn Tech is open 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. Summer hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This bookstore, often just a short walk from your program area, offers an easy and convenient way to get what you need. You’ll find everything from books and pencils to hoodies and t-shirts. For more information, call 785.670.3410. You also can pre-order textbooks online from the Ichabod Shop, formerly known as the Washburn University Bookstore.
