I have worked with CNA’s for more than 25 years. I believe this entry level health care worker is the most important member of the team. The work they do is difficult and I appreciate their efforts and dedication. Teaching the entry-level student to provide compassionate care for their elders is important. I am passionate about showing patients the dignity and respect they deserve.
