Postsecondary Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Washburn Tech Institutional Refund Policy as outlined in the current school year's Student Handbook applies to all postsecondary students who withdraw from class during a semester. The Return of Title IV Funds Policy set forth by the U.S. Department of Education also applies to postsecondary students if they received or were eligible to receive Federal financial aid. Federal financial aid includes Pell grants and student loans.

ACCOMMODATIONS FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES:

Washburn Institute of Technology provides technical education for high school and postsecondary students. An applicant who, with reasonable accommodations, can perform the essential functions of the job for which training is being sought, may request and be granted such reasonable accommodations assistance in the duration of their course. Reasonable accommodations may also be requested for assistance with the Admissions Test prior to enrollment. Applicants requesting accommodations should contact the Washburn Institute of Technology Testing/ADA Coordinator at 785.228.6325 for appropriate referral.
