Graduation Info


The Washburn Tech Graduation Ceremony for 2012-2013 will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Landon Arena at the Kansas Expocentre. Please visit their website at http://ksexpo.com for directions, parking, and accessibility information.

Students planning to receive their certificate and/or AAS degree diploma at the completion of their program, regardless of whether or not they plan to participate in the graduation ceremony, must complete the Application for Certificate form and/or Application for AAS Degree Diploma (below), and return it to the Student Services Office. Your name will be included in the ceremony program and newspaper announcements unless you complete paperwork to opt-out.

Those planning to participate in the ceremony must also complete the Cap and Gown Order Form. Please note: there is no additional fee to participate, but there is a late fee if the Cap and Gown Order Form is submitted after the deadline. Please see the form for deadline details.
